I’ve got my seeds, how do I grow them?

  • Auto Bean Stalk only sell seeds as souvenirs/novelty items and for storage to preserve nature’s genetics. Laws only permit sale for the aforementioned purpose. For this reason we are unable to entertain any inquiries regarding the growing process. We are legally unable to answer any emails on this subject and if we believe seeds are being purchased for any illegal purposes, the sale will be refused.

Is your shipping discreet?

  • We go to every effort to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and securely as possible All packaging is completely discreet, and we take great care in ensuring your order is packaged to minimise risk of damage
  • For your privacy all orders are sent in plain unmarked envelopes
  • Only your name and address and return address will appear on the package and there will be no mention of the contents on the package

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

  • Usually 5-10 business days depending on location and postal service and in some cases could take upto 21 days.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

  • Due to the live nature of our products we can't offer refunds or exchanges. However, we can guarantee when we send our products they are in perfect condition and will be packed as safely as possible.

Is shipping included in seed prices?

  • The price reflects the cost of seeds and shipping

Is Tax/VAT included in seed prices?

  • We are a registered business and must charge Tax/Vat. The Tax/Vat fee is included in seed prices

Can stock be reserved?

  • Unfortunately we cannot reserve any stock unless a payment has been made. If you make an order and send payment through the post, we cannot guarantee you will receive the desired items as they may go out of stock by the time the payment reaches us. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, but we cannot guarantee stock due to volume of orders that are made and unpaid for.

What if an item I have ordered, is out of stock?

  • Should we run out of a product, we will contact you straight away by e-mail. If you are willing to wait for the product to come back into stock, we will ship right away once the product is in our hands. If you can’t wait for your items to arrive, you can choose an alternative to replace the out of stock product, which has the same value.

Are freebies included?

  • Each order comes with a pack of your choice of freebies
